Leadership Structure

Elder Team

Trinity Church is led by a dedicated group of Elders who make up the team and give direction to the life of the church family. 

Ministry Council

The Ministry Council is a team of individuals who handle the financial and physical aspects of the church. The council helps to give direction to the church facilities and budget. 

Senior Pastor

Neal Martin

Neal has a deep passion to lead others in their spiritual journey. He has been serving Trinity Church since 2016. Before coming to Trinity he served in Youth Ministry for over six years. He holds degrees in both Bible and Theology.

(B.A) Biblical Studies, Lancaster Bible College.

(M.A.R) Historical Theology, Evangelical Seminary.

Neal believes that church is a family of people, walking alongside each other to use their gifts and find their purpose through Jesus Christ.

Associate Pastor

Doug O'Brien 

Doug has a passion for Theatre, Drama and the Arts and leads various plays at Trinity Church. Doug has been a pastor in the Evangelical Church for many years. He also graduated from Evangelical Theological Seminary. Doug and Christine have been serving Trinity since 2019.

They are also the owners of Stone House Café in Ephrata and love to serve the community through providing a welcoming space for all.
